Roles Available
We offer opportunities in the following areas:
- Event Coordination – Plan and execute high-quality workshops, roundtables, and major conferences together with leading companies and sustainability experts.
- Social Media & Communications – Create engaging content, drive digital campaigns, and share best practices.
- Sales & Marketing Support – Build partnerships, enhance membership engagement, and drive revenue through marketing campaigns.
- Operations Coordination, Administration & Logistics – Manage daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Editorial Work – Research, write, and refine content for articles, newsletters, and sustainability reports.
- Project Work - Play a part in designated special projects initiated by S•HUB or partners

Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who:
* Are at the end of a master’s degree or hold a master’s degree in:
- Business Administration & Economics
- Finance & Investing
- Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Sustainability
- Marketing & Communications
- Event Coordination & Experience Design
* Are fluent in Norwegian (preferred) and/or English.
* Have experience in project or team leadership—whether through work, academics, or civil society.
Location
- Oslo, Porsgrunn, or Remote.
