Cilia is Co-Founder of Sustainability Hub Norway and works on building our knowledge base on how to successfully integrate sustainability into business.
Cilia is on a quest to redesign society so that the sustainable options are not only available but more convenient than the alternative. She is a firm believer in business as a driving force for the change we need to see happen. As Youth Delegate to the Rio+20 Conference in 2012 and later trainee at the Norwegian Mission to the UN, Indahl got the opportunity to follow the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from inception to adoption in 2015.
Cilia is currently the CEO of Nordic Impact. She previously worked as the Sustainability Director for Aker BioMarine as well as a consultant through KPMG's department on Climate Change and Sustainability Services. Cilia holds a double masters degree in International Business and Sustainable Development from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and HEC Paris. For her thesis work she interviewed 20+ global leaders in sustainable business and analyzed 400+ sustainable business models. Cilia serves as board member of the Nordic Social Innovation Incubator, SoCentral and sits on the advisory board of EXP group, an impact investment firm.
