He is a Team Leader in EcoVadis' team of CSR analysts, guiding the development of their methodology and validating the work of the team members.

His work in supply chain sustainability has taken him from Washington DC, to Paris and throughout Europe, the island of Mauritius, New York and beyond.

Caroline Bergrem-Maldan
Vice President, Supply Chain Sustainability at DNB

Caroline has international experience from consumer goods, financial, energy and non-profit sector.

Kristel Tonstad
OECD Guidelines, National Contact Point Norway

Kristel is policy director, the Norwegian National Contact Point for the OECD Guidelines. She served as Head of Secretariat of the Ethics Information Committee, which presented a draft law on human rights due diligence and transparency in 2019. Tonstad has worked with human rights and responsible business conduct in the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and served as a diplomat in Egypt. She has worked with the UN in different contexts and as an independent adviser on human rights and business. Kristel has a law degree from the University of Oslo and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University.
